I specialize in supporting ADHD and neurodivergent adults and couples, including neurodivergent–neurotypical relationships navigating communication differences, rejection sensitivity, intimacy concerns, and relationship stress. My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, & Somatic Awareness.
In couples work, I integrate Gottman and Imago-informed approaches to improve communication, repair attachment ruptures, and deepen emotional safety. I also support neurodivergent couples navigating differences in processing, and sensory needs. My work draws from attachment-based therapy, ACT, somatic practices, and emotionally focused approaches.
