My counselling practice focuses on relationships. I am a compassionate and collaborative counsellor who believes meaningful change happens in safe, attuned relationships. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in British Columbia and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). My work is rooted in Interpersonal Neurobiology, exploring how the brain develops through relationships and how new pathways can form. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique wiring, life stage, and relational context.
I work with adults navigating ADHD, autism, and neurodivergence, as well as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, identity, and vocational concerns. I offer counselling grounded in strengths-based, non-shaming work, supporting you to understand patterns and build sustainable ways of relating to yourself and others.
In couples work, I integrate Gottman and Imago-informed approaches to improve communication, repair attachment ruptures, and deepen emotional safety. I also support neurodivergent couples navigating differences in processing, sensory needs, and co-regulation. My work draws from attachment-based therapy, somatic practices, and emotionally focused approaches.
