I believe every person carries a living relationship with psyche: a sacred wellspring of wisdom and aliveness that knows the way toward inner freedom. That is the inward half of a larger truth: we are also formed in relationship, wounded in relationship, and healed in relationship. I support sensitive, intuitive, and spiritually curious people who want to untangle their patterns of attachment, emotion, and connection, and to grow their soul in good company. Together we attend to your feeling world, body, mind, imagination, and intuition, following what feels most alive. In time, you come to listen deeply to all that dwells within.
I help people build a life their soul can live in. My work is grounded in attachment and developmental research, woven with Jungian depth psychotherapy and transpersonal psychology, which means: sacred relational work grounded in psychological science. Between us, sessions are unhurried, collaborative, and creative. All of who you are is welcome here.
What am I like? I laugh easily and often, I take the soul seriously and myself far less so, and I believe healing can be playful as well as profound.
