This is an invitation to embark on the most profound and challenging adventure you will ever face: the one within. Often it’s not pretty, but it is honest and real. Too many of us remain trapped in patterns of survival—struggling with fear, loss, anger, stress, depression, low self-esteem, and past trauma that impacts our well-being. These struggles are not random; they are rooted in unmet needs or unresolved wounds from our past. When we stay stuck in survival mode, we miss the opportunity to fully embrace life. When you aren’t afraid of your inner world and feelings, that is true power. No one is meant to do this alone.
Answering the call from within is the most heroic journey any person can step into. Together, we’ll safely explore the deeper layers of your inner life as to help foster psychological strength and lasting, meaningful growth. I can support you in learning how to lean into your pain and grow your edges so that you can express yourself more authentically.
I provide trauma-sensitive care grounded in jungian psychology, attachment theory, and the latest neurobiological research. Psychodynamic therapy helps bridge the gap between our conscious and unconscious mind as to cultivate psychological freedom. I work with adults, older teens, and LGBTQ+ individuals via zoom. I offer free 30-40 minute consultations.
