Hi there, thanks for stopping by. Finding a counsellor who feels like the right fit can take time, and sometimes reaching out can be one of the hardest steps. Whether you’re facing something new or carrying something that’s been with you for a long while, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your life. My approach is based on person-centred, trauma-informed and intersectional approaches. I often draw from Narrative Therapy, helping clients explore the stories that shape their lives and discover new ways of understanding themselves.

Lately, I’ve been especially drawn to supporting men through mental health challenges and building better relationships with themselves and others.
