I'm trained as a couple's counsellor and am expanding my practice to include psychotherapy. I'm currently seeing individuals, including youth, as a therapist in training under supervision. Prior to my couples counselling and psychotherapy training, I had been involved in pastoral counselling for 40 years and lay counselling for over 15 years. I consider it an honour to walk with couples and individuals through some of the most significant seasons of their lives, and have gained a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to reach out for support.
