I am a person-centered, trauma-informed counsellor who works with clients seeking help with issues related to trauma, grief, loss, low self-worth, self-confidence, & motivation, relationships, distress, anxiety, depression, and nervous system regulation. I help my clients reclaim their lives and make-meaning of events/lived experience by fostering the necessary skills to regulate their cognitive, emotional & somatic systems, solve problems, increase self-awareness & self-compassion, expand perspectives, decrease reactivity, respond mindfully, and tap into their innate resources for healing.
I help clients acquire skills to regulate their nervous systems and dissolve cognitive & affective distortions. I have specialized training in Observed Experiential Integration (a neurobiological treatment for trauma, dissociation, anxiety, & eating disorders), the Safe and Sound Protocol (nervous system resetting), and mental health first aid.
I invite prospective clients to connect with me for a free 15-minute consultation to discuss how I may be of service, and to ask any necessary questions they may have. To schedule a consultation or appointment, please click on the website link located on the left-hand side of this webpage - you will be redirected to my secure online booking page.
