I believe that the journey to healing ourselves begins in a safe and validating environment. I am here to offer that space for you as we collaborate on ways to begin a secure relationship with yourself and others. My lived experiences as a parent, mature student, and naturalized citizen widen my perspectives on connecting with people from different walks of life. Using a trauma-informed lens helps me understand that we all take unique steps to survive and live a life worth living.

Using a trauma-informed approach, I work with individuals (18+) experiencing anxiety, anger management, depression, relationship issues and complex post-traumatic stress disorder. I work with couples using Integrative Sex and Couples Therapy-Informed lens, as well as Emotion-focused therapy. (I have a waitlist for couples therapy).

I am here to walk alongside your healing journey, whether it is anger management, dealing with stress, anxiety, depression or relationship issues. I also provide psychoeducation on sexual health for individuals. I currently have a waitlist for couples
