In our work together, we look beyond the symptoms to understand the experiences and patterns underneath them. Through compassion, curiosity, and greater self-understanding, we work toward emotional freedom, healthier connections, and a greater sense of peace.
My background as a medical doctor allows me to bring both a medical and therapeutic perspective to counselling. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, OCD, relationship struggles, and burnout. My approach draws on Compassionate Inquiry and trauma-informed practice, alongside CBT, DBT, IFS, and somatic therapies.
Together, we can explore what lies beneath the surface and help you feel more at home within yourself and more connected to the relationships and life that matter to you.
