Are you someone who is experiencing anxiety, stress, frustration, or feeling burnt out? I can help. I like to integrate collaborative approaches to the session, through working with young adults, adults, couples, families, and teens navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity questions, anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. With a multicultural lens and a collaborative, client‑led approach, I draw from CBT, EFT, somatic, Gestalt, narrative and trauma-informed approaches.

Therapy doesn’t have to be something you carry alone. As a mom of 3, I know the pressure of multitasking and being everywhere at once. I offer a safe, inviting space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure.
