I offer in person services as well as convenient online video appointments. I personalize my services to the needs of my clients as my philosophy is that every person recognizes the importance to self-determine their own choices in an empowering environment. I have practiced for over 25 years, helping individuals and couples overcome difficulties and challenges.
I provide counselling to adults and couples for a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues to include depression, anxiety, grief, stress, divorce, anger and wellness. I have specialized training in treating PTSD. Additionally, I have many years of experience treating children and adolescents.
I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's needs in a comfortable, supportive and non-judgemental environment. My goal is relate to each of client's as a human being to assist and empower them to strive toward health and wellness.
