We are a mental health clinic that services the entire family offering a wide range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals across all age groups. These services include individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioural challenges and trauma experiences. Family therapy sessions are available to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships within the family unit. Couples counseling helps partners navigate relationship difficulties and enhance their connection. Our entire team provides EMDR therapy.

Neurodevelopmental and trauma informed interventions are found at Maritime PTC. We provide EMDR, Brainspotting, Play Therapy, Couples Counselling, neurofeedback, Safe and Sound Protocol and trauma treatment. You will be matched with a therapist for virtual or live services in Pictou, Bedford, Dartmouth or Tatamagouche.

This virtual group occurs weekly for 8 weeks. Caregivers learn strategies to support their children's self-regulation. Participants also gain peer support and review the 4 S's. ( safety, structure, support and supervision).

Anger Management for Children
