I believe that all youth have the right to express their "true selves" and will help convey this to their families. Whatever their gender or sexual orientation.I also have great compassion for youth who are struggling with their body image or their food. I am happy to help them find balance and a way to move forward in their time of difficulty. I have 20 years experience in this field and good success with weight and health restoration.
I am a qualified Family Based Therapy and Family Systems Therapist I will help youth who are struggling with food and weight management issues. I am empathic and open to gender diversity. I am also aware of resources to support these youth and families. I am open to working with young adults as well who struggle with body image and food issues.
