I believe that all youth have the right to a healthy and normal life. Which includes being able to eat what they want and enjoy treats or "fun" food on occasion. ARFID is a condition that I largely misunderstood, but very common with young people as. young as 7 years. I am happy to help them
I am a qualified Family Based Therapy and Family Systems Therapist I will help youth who are struggling with food and weight management issues. I am empathic and open to gender diversity. I am also aware of resources to support these youth and families. I am open to working with young adults as well who struggle with body image and food issues.
