I am a strong believer that everyone can far exceed their personal goals with the support of counselling. Developing curiosity to explore change is key to counselling sessions. My professional career spanning over 25 years, has been spent assisting those who struggle with addiction and mental health concerns including substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, stress and low self esteem.
As a client centred and strength based therapist my approaches include counselling grounded in strength based, motivation, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapies. We will work together to develop increased self awareness of the barriers impacting your life such as stress, emotional regulation, lack of confidence and low self esteem.
Together we will explore and learn new healthy skills and strategies to improve confidence and overall well being. Assessment and referral to addiction treatment programs also available. Sessions occur in a private and confidential office space.
