I have been working as a counsellor and coach for 20 years and I have tremendous faith in the resiliency of the human spirit and our capacity for greater awareness. In an intuitive, practical, compassionate and creative way, I offer the tools for you to effectively respond to personal, emotional, relationship and workplace challenges. I work with older adolescents, adults, parents, couples, and families to deepen awareness, gain confidence and discover new strategies and perspectives. Happiness and a sense of wellbeing is attainable.
Whether you are experiencing a challenge or conflict in a relationship with friends, partners, family, or in your workplace, I will offer insight, support, and the tools for you to respond in an effective and meaningful way. I offer ADHD clients guidance to develop awareness and practical strategies that support their life goals.
