| Français I offer a body-centered approach to psychotherapy, which includes creative and spiritual work. I am inspired by authors such as Tara Brach, Pema Chödrön, and Judith Blackstone, who bridge the emotional and spiritual realms in an embodied way. I gently guide and support listening to the body in order to allow the healing process to deepen and to be more fully integrated. I aim to hold Sacred Space for each unique person, and to support the unfolding of their process in a way tailored to their needs. I see psychotherapy as a healing journey into wholeness and balance that integrates all aspect of one's being - body, mind, spirit.
Over the years, I have been curious about how the body holds the imprint of our life experiences and explored various somatic modalities. In addition to an M.A. in Counselling and Spirituality, I hold a diploma in Voice Movement Therapy and have studied Somatic Experiencing, Realization Process Psycho-Spiritual Approach as well as neuroplasticity.
It would be my pleasure to accompany you on your healing journey.
