A lot of my work is intuitive — noticing the patterns you might not see, sensing what’s happening beneath the surface, and helping you reconnect with the part of you that already knows what you need.
Shame’s biggest trick is convincing you that everyone else is doing better than you. Most people carry silent battles they never talk about. If you’re tired of pretending you’re fine, I offer a calm, honest space where you can learn to let go.
