Feeling disconnected from yourself or others? Do your needs always come last? Many people today are overwhelmed by anxiety and uncertainty as they try to manage relationships, careers, and their own well-being. Ignoring your needs can take a toll on both mind and body, but it doesn’t have to be this way. As a Registered Nurse with a Master's in Clinical Counselling, I combine medical insight with compassionate care. Together, we’ll honour your unique journey, fostering resilience and guiding you toward holistic wellness and lasting transformation.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) alongside strengths-based and Solution-focused (SFT) methods, to navigate emotional complexities. With a collaborative and empowering stance, I address grief, loss, and health-related challenges. For those facing chronic pain and illness, I also included meditation and body awareness practices.
My passion is helping people live better, more fulfilling lives. Whether it's learning to set boundaries, navigating a loss or life transition, or breaking free from patterns that keep you feeling stuck, I’m here to guide you. My goal is to support your journey toward feeling stronger and more in control, so you can create the life you’ve always envisioned.
