Welcome to Somatic Psychotherapy—a compassionate, body-centered approach to healing. If talk therapy hasn’t fully addressed what you’re carrying, this may offer the shift you’re seeking. Our bodies store stress, pain, and trauma, which can lead to anxiety, depression, and chronic issues. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s held in your system, support healing from within, and help you move toward the joyful, fulfilling life you’re meant to live.
Certified in Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice and other modalities, Somatic Therapy helps release stress and trauma by focusing on the body’s wisdom. Using gentle touch, movement, breath, sound, yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, we support your body and mind in getting unstuck—so you can heal from the inside out.
Sessions move at your pace in a safe, supportive space. With permission, in-person work may include gentle touch and movement. Together we create space for deep, lasting healing. I look forward to supporting your growth—virtual and in-person sessions available.
