As a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (ADTA), I work somatically - using the body as a bridge to understanding emotions and internal processes. And, if you're comfortable and/or interested, we can explore using movement as an outlet for expression.
Mindful (or 'bodyful') awareness is at the root of our work together. My goal is to assist you to find your most authentic self and find comfort in expressing from that place. I am a compassionate and embodied professional who works with adults, teens, and groups.
I offer therapy through a SOMATIC and embodied lens. Assisting individuals with their experiences of autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, depression, anxiety, substance use and abuse, grief, and T/trauma. I also have experience working with polyamory and non-monogamous relationship dynamics. Neurodiversity and non-traditional relationships are my jam.
I work primarily IN-PERSON, out of my office located in Lower Mount Royal off 17th Ave SW.
