I believe individuals have the ability to reach their goals through a supportive, caring, collaborative, and responsive therapeutic relationship. Healthy coping and mental health are critical to overcoming life's stressors and obstacles. Working with a mental health professional can assist you to deal with these stressors and move your life forward in a healthy and positive direction. I believe in using an integrated model of therapy that is client directed and culturally appropriate. I use the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics to inform assessment and practice. I base treatment on client's neurodevelopmental functioning and response.

I am a Registered Psychologist, Certified Play Therapist, and Canadian Certified Counsellor. I offer a variety of services including therapy and assessment that can assist you to achieve your goals. I provide services to children as young as 3 years old, adolescents, adults, and families (Attachment based - Theraplay). I am registered in AB & NWT.

As a Certified Play Therapist, I believe play is a key mechanism in communication for children. Through play, children can explore and express their inner thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Play Therapy provides a forum for resolution of a number of childhood developmental disorders and mental health struggles including trauma.
