My approach combines compassionate psychotherapy with neuroscience-informed therapies that address emotional experiences and the nervous system. Depending on your needs, treatment may include EMDR, Brainspotting, DBR, Clinical Hypnosis, CBT, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Sex Therapy. Together, we work toward healing, resilience, and healthier relationships.

With over 15 years of clinical experience, I have supported hundreds of clients through trauma recovery, anxiety, relationship concerns, and complex life challenges. I offer in-person therapy in London & Grand Bend, Ontario, as well as secure online therapy. Therapy is also offered through my RP associate. Services may be covered by benefits, VAC, and NIHB.

EMDR Consultation for EMDR Trained Therapists

Virtual EMDR Group Consultations for professionals that have completed an EMDRIA approved EMDR Basic Training. The next group is starting on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. The group will meet monthly from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The fee for all four sessions (8 hours of group consultation in total) is $400 including HST.
