I am passionate about helping teens, young adults and families struggling with a range of mental health and relationship concerns. If you are seeking counselling, it means you are ready for change. I have a background in Child and Youth Work, and have worked in a variety of settings. I am committed to understanding your unique story and challenges in order to find new perspectives and healing. I use several approaches including narrative, cognitive behaviour therapy and family systems.
I am warm, non-judgemental and direct. I believe that every person has a unique story to tell but sometimes needs a fresh approach to bring change. My hope is to equip you with the resources and understanding you need to find freedom in all areas of your life.
