If you’re feeling anxious, disconnected, or carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, you’re not alone. Trauma can show up as overwhelm, numbness, hypervigilance, intrusive memories, or feeling shut down — as well as wanting closeness yet feeling afraid of it, or struggling to trust. With 16 years in mental health, I specialize in supporting trauma survivors, including those healing from childhood trauma, living with PTSD and those navigating complex family dynamics and attachment wounds. My approach is compassionate and grounded in understanding how past experiences shape the way we connect and heal.
My communication style is kind, informed and person-centered. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Brainspotting modalities which focus on trauma processing and mind-body connection, as well as attachment-focused modalities which foster emotional healing and the creation of deeper connections with self and others.
