It takes courage to take the first steps towards healing when you are struggling. With a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental approach, I aim to provide you with a safe space to explore and unravel your experiences so that you are able to move forward in your life with an increased sense of control and a restored sense of inner wellbeing. I work from a trauma-informed and client-centred perspective and focus on helping individuals heal from their past and reclaim their life.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Medical Science and a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, or other concerns, I will meet you where you are with kindness and encouragement. If you are ready to take the first steps, I invite you to reach out. You’re no longer alone–I would be honoured to work alongside you through your healing journey.
