I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, holding a Bachelors in Psychology and Medical Science and a Masters in Counselling Psychology. I use a trauma-informed and client-centered perspective, integrating evidence-based techniques with an understanding of the mind-body connection and the brains capacity for change.
