At times, we may focus on adjusting your environment to better support your needs. At other times, our work may centre on developing practical strategies to help you navigate anxiety, manage difficult thoughts and feelings, or navigate relational challenges.
And when your ready, we can move into the deeper work of healing core beliefs, processing past traumas, and expanding your capacity to feel emotions rather than avoid them.
