I work with children, youth, and young adults who may be navigating grief and loss, trauma, neurodivergence, identity exploration, burnout, and challenges within family or relationships. Many of my clients are also 2SLGBTQ, as well as from Indigenous, immigrant, and refugee communities. My work supports clients through counselling and music therapy, offering a collaborative and affirming space to explore emotions, build insight, and develop coping in ways that feel safe and accessible. Sessions are paced according to your needs and may include talk-based reflection, music-based experiences, or a combination of both.
Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include counselling, music therapy, or both. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels manageable while exploring what matters most to you. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, client-centred, and grounded in anti-oppressive, disability-affirming, and culturally humble care.
I offer an affirming space where we can slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and move at a pace that feels right for you. If you have questions about music therapy, counselling, or my approach, you’re welcome to reach out. I typically respond within 3 business days.
