Hi, I am a bilingual Mental Health Occupational Therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My approach focuses on empowering clients and facilitating their engagement in the activities and occupations that are meaningful to them, but that may be impacted by difficulties with their mental health. These activities can range from productive activities such as school performance, work performance, or performance in daily duties and domestic tasks, to difficulties in self-care or leisure activities.
My past experiences include working in child psychiatry at the Douglas Mental Health Institute, in medical psychiatry at the CHUM, in mental health adult and youth programs at the CLSC, as well as in a specialized high school for youth with ASD. I obtained my Masters' degree in Occupational Therapy from Université de Montréal, in December 2016.
