About
I support adults and youth experiencing challenges with their mental health, physical health and life circumstances. I have a special interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, chronic illness/pain, people on the autism spectrum and their supporters, and caregivers. My approach is compassion-focused with the intention of creating a safe space for your healing. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and that my role as your supporter is to honour and help you to access that pre-existing wisdom while offering insight and gentle opportunities for growth, change and empowerment.
I tailor my approach to my clients' unique needs, strengths and preferences. Whether you have a specific goal in mind or are just looking for general support, we will work collaboratively in a manner consistent with your expectations. In addition to the modalities listed to the right, I approach all interactions with a culturally humble and curious approach.
You don't have to walk this road alone. Everyone deserves to have the opportunity to process their thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe, affirming and productive space. I look forward to being in your presence and working together in support of your wellbeing.
