I offer in person appointments in Hamilton and St. Catharines as well as virtually. I help people work through issues relating to life transitions, feeling lost, low mood, grief, and stress and relationship struggles. I work collaboratively and start with what you are struggling with most today, working backwards. This allows you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable without having to recount your entire life.

My work with you will involve identifying unhelpful thought patterns, learning to tolerate and understand overwhelming emotions, and helping you reconnect with your body. I also do a lot of work with values and beliefs which helps move past feeling stuck or lost in life and offer direction and clarify.

I offer a compassionate, practical, and tailored approach. Many clients notice small shifts right away — like feeling calmer, clearer, or more supported — and build on these over time.
