Many of my clients are exploring new ways to care for their well-being while honoring cultural values. I offer a person-centered, culturally-responsive space where we can work collaboratively on what matters most to you, whether that's relationships, self-worth, or navigating life transitions.

Taking a person-centered approach means I’m dedicated to seeing you as... well, You! I aim to recognize and honor the fact that each person brings unique strengths, values and qualities. I bring 10+ years of mental health experience and specialized training in CBT and SFBT & use a range of evidence-based techniques within a culturally-responsive framework.
