My short-term therapy approach aims to help clients find significant relief from their concerns within 6-12 sessions. I apply evidence-based techniques and a culturally-responsive perspective, honoring your unique identities, experiences, and values. I specialize in working with Asian-Canadians on issues like anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and career challenges.

With over 10 years of mental health experience and specialized training in CBT and SFBT, I use a range of evidence-based techniques within a culturally-responsive framework.
