I work with children of all ages, their families as well as individual adults. My therapeutic practice incorporates a diverse set of theories including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Child Play Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Approach.
My approach to therapy is client centered, as clients are the experts of their own lives and experiences. Some of the issues that I specialize in include trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, ADHD, anxiety, depression, crisis intervention, anger management, and immigration (cultural integration).
I understand that our past influences our present, and despite these challenges, it should not dictate our future. Our life experiences, positive or negative, are at the core of who we are today and can be effective tools in creating who we can be tomorrow.
