I wish to support you to develop insight into your struggles and improve your confidence and sense of well-being.

I am a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I completed a Master's degree in Social Work, an Honours Bachelor of Social Work Degree, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I am also a yoga teacher (200YTT).

My approach to therapy is trauma sensitive, holistic, eclectic, and strength based. I am a resource for you and we will work together on your goals. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques and will continue to pursue training.
