About
I am interested in supporting adolescents and adults on their journey of healing, growth, and wellness. As a strong believer in the mind-body-spirit connection, I am passionate about using a holistic approach to support clients experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and post traumatic stress, relationship challenges, grief, and low self-worth. My intention is to help individuals reclaim a deeper connection with themselves, to resolve problematic symptoms and dynamics, to increase the capacity to tolerate stress and difficult emotions, and to live with more presence and joy.
My approach primarily draws from attachment, psychodynamic, cognitive, and existential modalities. Using a nervous system centered and mindfulness based approach, clients will become more aware of their mind, body, and inner wisdom. I am currently training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, an approach developed by Peter Levine to heal trauma.
I bring unconditional positive regard, empathy, and compassion to my practice, and I will provide support, psychoeducation, resources, insight, and strategies for change. My commitment is to hold a healing space and work collaboratively with you. Please reach out for a free consultation to chat about working together!
