I specialize in trauma therapy and work with individuals on their journey of healing, growth, and wellness. I use a collaborative, holistic, and body-oriented approach to support clients experiencing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, sleep, chronic pain, grief, and relationship difficulties.
My clients learn about the mind-body connection, and how to tend to their nervous system and subconscious parts of themselves. I am especially interested in early life experiences and integrate various theories and modalities into my practice including somatic experiencing, internal family systems, attachment theory, and emotional embodiment.
