I support people through the challenging phases of their lives using a trauma-informed, culturally-responsive, collaborative, action-oriented approach that is informed by my career in the non-profit sector. Life can feel overwhelming and I have a deep understanding of the uncertainty and complexities of life. I love working with each client to discover the best way forward based on their unique needs and circumstances. It takes courage to ask for support whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, grief, depression, chronic pain, anger, irritability, or low self-esteem.
In session, we'll identify what's important to you, what's holding you back - and how to take meaningful action towards the life you want to lead. We’ll explore how to respond to your thoughts, emotions and bodily responses so you no longer feel overwhelmed. We'll also work together to tailor strategies and next steps so that they feel authentic and do-able.
