Life can be stressful. Sometimes an unexpected event happens or sometimes we want a change and we’re unsure what steps to take. We all need assistance to figure out how to prepare for or navigate through a new phase in our lives. It takes courage to ask for help – asking for support and guidance is a sign of strength, wisdom, and self-care. In therapy, we will build on your strengths, tailor strategies to you, identify resources, and empower you to take the steps you want to move ahead. Together we’ll determine what works best for you as you move towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, anger management, or depression, I can hold space for whatever you need. I provide in-person and virtual therapy to adults and teens (age 16+) including all genders and people who are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent and new to Canada.
If you’d like to learn more about me and tell me a bit about yourself, then please book a free 15-minute consultation. If you think we’d be a good fit, you also have the option to book an Initial Intake Session.
