I am a certified trauma professional and have advanced training in ADHD, Anxiety, and mind-body interventions. However, my approach is also guided by my personal experiences of trauma, loss, and challenges. I have experienced counsellors who have changed my life and others who have left me feeling stuck. I go beyond talk therapy with treatments that integrate psychology, neuroscience (brain plasticity), nutritional psych (food & mood).
