The Space Between Us
The Space Between Us — Interpersonal Process Group A small, closed psychotherapy group for adults who want to better understand themselves through relationships with others. Together, we explore relationship patterns, emotions and vulnerability, connection and boundaries, closeness and distance, and how we experience ourselves with other people. Rather than only talking about relationships, the group offers an opportunity to notice what happens between people in real time, with curiosity and support. The group is relational and trauma-informed and may complement individual psychotherapy. Starts October 2026 | $80/2-hour session. Receipts issued by a Registered Psychotherapist.
