Welcome to Therapy Heals! I have extensive experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. I have provided emotional support through a distress line, assisting individuals in navigating anxiety, depression, and life stressors. I work with individuals, young adults, teens, and children (6+). My areas of focus include; anxiety & depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), life transitions & stress, perfectionism & body image, self-confidence & self-esteem and more.
I believe in the power of evidence-based therapy while also valuing the importance of meeting clients where they are at, using techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy (ET), Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
