Daily life can be filled with struggles and challenges. At times, we need to pause and make sense of events, relationships, difficult emotions and traumatic memories. Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety and depression that you are having difficulty overcoming? Would you like to feel more grounded and peaceful? Are you trying to find personal meaning? When you begin to address the areas of struggle in your life and work through them, you will embark on a path towards emotional wellness and feel strengthened as well as more able to cope.
I integrate techniques from various modalities. I work with younger and older adults who feel stuck and are experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loss, burnout and trauma. I integrate my client's spiritual beliefs in the healing process.
I help clients set goals and create plans to build self-confidence and achieve personal growth.
My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming and empathetic space to help you address the issues that are impacting your daily life. Together we can collaborate and set goals to help you journey on the path towards emotional wellness by working towards personal healing and integration. I offer in person and virtual sessions in French and English.
