My practice is focused on supporting high achievers, leaders, perfectionists, people-pleasers, helping professionals, empaths & spiritually minded individuals. Clients who seek my care often describe a tendency to prioritize others needs over their own, juggling so many responsibilities they are left feeling burned out and exhausted.
Perhaps you have been struggling with anxiety, perimenopause, ADHD, stress, or difficulties navigating relationships and boundaries.
Maybe you have experienced loss that has left you feeling consumed by grief; or past traumas & limiting beliefs seem to be holding you back from your highest potential.
Through our work together, I guide clients in reconnecting with themselves, setting empowered boundaries, and toward greater alignment and authenticity.
We will work to mend your heart, recover from the overwhelming pain of grief, and create space for renewed hope. By healing past trauma, you will emerge into more vibrant and fulfilling life.
Spring 2026 offering Walk and Talk Nature therapy; EMDR intensives for accelerated healing. Rediscover your radiance and magnificence - lets connect!
