As a counseling intern with the Centre for Mental Health and Addictions, I am pleased to offer unlimited individual, couples, and family counseling services at NO COST. I work with a wide range of concerns, including—but not limited to—anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, and relationship or family-related challenges. With an extensive academic background in Mental Health, Health Studies, and Gerontology my training and experience have shaped a comprehensive, holistic approach to mental health care, grounded in trauma-informed practices and Solution-Focused Therapy.
In my practice, I focus on treating the whole person—not just mental and emotional well-being, but also addressing physical, social, and spiritual aspects of health. I am committed to offering compassionate care that is individualized to meet your unique needs.
I approach counseling from a person-centered perspective, tailoring my techniques to each individual's specific circumstances and challenges.
