As a therapist, I specialize in supporting children, teens, young adults, adults, and caregivers through life’s more challenging moments. I'm passionate about helping children and youth build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and feel more confident in themselves. I also work closely with families to strengthen relationships and create more harmony at home. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and the emotional impact of sudden changes or loss.
My experience is rooted in clinical training within the medical and educational settings. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and ACT which are all helpful for a wide range of needs. My supportive approach for parents uses EFFT, and Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Emotions Training (SPACE).
