As a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Registered Marriage and Family Therapist & Supervisor (RMFT-S), and Certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapists (CBT cert), I treat individuals, couples and families (including families affected by estrangement), provide supervision and consultation for in-process and independently practicing therapists, and consult with mental health organizations. In addition to Family Systems Therapy, I offer the following models of therapy, ACT, Attachment Focused, CFT, Schema Focused, Beckian CBT & MBCT, DBT, IFST, SFBT, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, VRT, and Life Coaching using the ACT Matrix Model.
I specialize in Couple Relationship and Family Therapy with a focus on strengthening individual members and the whole family and treating attachment injuries that can lead to couple and/or family estrangement. I also work with individuals and couples affected by Adult ADHD to create a vision for their lives and work with them toward creating that reality.
Virtual Reality Therapy (VRT) was introduced in our practice in 2019. VRT has been scientifically validated by more than a decade of controlled studies, and allows for the virtual reproduction of real life feared and phobic situations that have limited clients' lives for years.
