Life can be chaotic! Maybe you are stuck in the same cycles, carrying worries that feel too heavy, or unsure about who you are or where to go next. In our work together, we will take the time to explore the things that matter most to you, whether that’s questions about self-worth and identity, navigating big changes, or finding steadiness when everything feels overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where we can we build on your resilience while uncovering the deeper patterns that shape your emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
I'm currently in a practicum to fulfil requirements for a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) degree from Yorkville University, under the supervision of Alice Lurie (RP). My background in Harm Reduction has shaped my client-centred approach, drawing from Humanistic, Internal Family Systems, Somatic, and Attachment-Based modalities.
Together, we will explore the things holding you back, build on your strengths, and work towards a life that feels more aligned with your values, truth, and goals.
