Some things are hard to say out loud: feeling like you're too much, not enough, stuck in patterns you can't name but feel in your body. Maybe you’re walking through life always bracing for disconnection, constantly second-guessing yourself, or find it hard to trust that your needs matter. In therapy, I try to make space for the parts of you that haven’t had room to speak. Together we can slow things down, get curious, and untangle some of what's been weighing on you.
I am currently in a practicum to fulfill requirements for a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) degree from Yorkville University, under the supervision of Alice Lurie (RP). My background in Harm Reduction has shaped my client-centred approach, drawing from Humanistic, Internal Family Systems, Somatic, and Attachment-Based modalities.
I aim to show up as a real person in the room and value being present, collaborative, and responsive to your pace. If you’re looking for support, feel free to reach out for a free consultation call. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, with daytime and evening availability.
