Juggling life is hard...asking for support can be even harder. Whether you have a clear direction in mind or you aren't sure where to start, I am glad you are here and I am honoured to take those steps with you. My intention is to offer a space where all of your being is welcome. You deserve to be seen, heard and supported in the vision you hold for yourself. I know firsthand that this can be a slow (and at times uncomfortable) process. Together, we can explore those paths less traveled and discover new ways of seeing, feeling and relating.
I offer virtual therapy on a sliding scale fee. I will also be co-facilitating a 10 week group therapy session with my Supervisor in the Fall of 2023. Connect with me to learn about process groups and how this experience can complement individual therapy.
I believe that the relationship built in counselling is a collaborative partnership. My practice is attachment-based, relational, and experiential. I prioritize exploration of emotions, body mind connection and promoting regulation in the present.
