For several years I studied psychodynamic, client-centered and existential psychotherapy. More recently I have become more familiar with attachment-based approaches, especially for couple therapy. In my practice, I also integrate ideas and techniques that comes from CBT, somatic and trauma-informed approaches.
It is not uncommon to feel disconnected from yourself or others, uncertain about your direction in life, or afraid of being rejected when you show who you truly are.
