Hi there! I am a registered social worker and have a Masters of Social Work (clinical specialization) degree. I also have a graduate certificate in adult addiction and mental health. I am dedicated to providing a safe and confidential place for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I am a strengths-based therapist who truly believes we all do the best we can. Sometimes, we just need a little therapeutic support navigating life. Having someone to talk to, process our experiences, and gain insight can make a significant impact on our mental and emotional well-being.
Drawing on vast experience, I will utilize techniques from CBT, EMDR, DBT, Narrative, and sensorimotor therapy. I aim to empower you and work collaboratively towards your well-being and growth.
