Parenting can be so difficult and it brings up so many emotions when our children struggle. I specialize in parent counselling & coaching. I support and empower parents to feel more confident, connected and skilled in their parenting. Parent counselling can help with issues such as anxiety, temper tantrums, aggression, defiance, sibling issues, adoption, power struggles, cooperation, sleep struggles and more. It can help you as the parent learn to be calm and regulated during struggles. It can also help to understand what is leading to your child's behaviour and then how to effectively intervene, maintain connection and make change.

I am a Registered Psychologist and a Certified Peaceful Parenting Coach. I work from an attachment lens and began providing counselling with children and parents 20 years ago.
