Are you functioning on the outside but mentally exhausted underneath? I work with professionals dealing with burnout, overthinking, perfectionism, and relationship stress. As a Registered Professional Counsellor-Provisional with a psychology degree specializing in counselling, I incorporate Relational Life Therapy (RLT). RLT is a bold, action-oriented approach that is direct and helps strengthen relationships through honesty and accountability. I work with couples and individuals of all genders, including non-binary and LGBTQ+ clients, navigating grief, pet loss, life transitions, social anxiety, and relationship challenges.
My office is located in a beautiful Church in central Roncesvalles.
