About
Accepting new clients for secure video and phone sessions. Specialized working with Men, Young Adults (18 +) and Professionals. Please reach out via email if possible. I am a VAC and NIHB registered provider. Have you noticed that you have been struggling for a long time hoping that you could change, and nothing ever changes? Do you lack motivation and follow through for on-going self development? I will collaborate with you to improve your consistency, self-awareness and coping skills! My approach is non-judgmental, active and engaging! I can work with you and guide you down the path towards your best mental health!
I can offer Young Adults (18 +) and Adults a very active approach to treatment tailored to your specific needs and learning style. I will provide a clear map of treatment and I will teach hands on skills that will be practiced at home to achieve your goals and change your life!
I completely understand that change is really hard! I will work with you on your awareness of your emotions, thoughts and feelings and make sure you have a holistic understanding of the plan from start to finish! Together we can reduce the negative feelings, and build new ways of living in the present moment as your authentic self!
